Partner journey
Invited through to Inner Circle, and which stages the platform can actually record.
Three kinds of stage. Recorded means an event says it happened. Derived means it is recomputed from the ledger and deliberately not stored — a tier being reached is not an event. Cannot be recorded means the platform genuinely cannot tell, and those are gaps.

Stages the ledger cannot record
Distinct from the stages that are deliberately derived: a tier being reached is not an event, it is what the numbers say, and recomputing it is why a correction can never leave a stale tier behind.

Whether a partner is invited or applies, and exactly when activation happens relative to agreement acceptance, is not settled. The prototype shows alternate fixture states rather than choosing one.
