Credits by source
Where each credit comes from, and where it stands today.
Recorded unspent is every issued, unexpired, unspent credit — the same figure the control room shows and a partner sees. Where part of it is launch credit from an ended launch month, that part is named below as awaiting confirmation (OQ-30): it is neither claimed as spendable nor treated as expired. Projected is a forecast of month-end retention on purchases already made. It is never added to Recorded, Pending or Held, and it is not a credit until the month's last day has passed and a review issues it.
