Credit Tier

What a Qualified Referral is worth to you, and how that is decided.

This month

Credit Tier · April 2026

Starter

10 credits per Qualified Referral.

Set by the agreement, not by a count: this is your first calendar month in the program, and every Fuel Partner is Starter for their first calendar month.

Projected · May 2026

Starter

This is a projection, not a change. Your tier for May 2026 is decided by the count taken on 30 April 2026.

Today's count: 0.

The ladder

Your band is set by Active Referred Customers, not by sales.

How this works

First month
Your first calendar month in the program is Starter, whatever your count. A partial first month still counts as that month.
Measured
After that, on the final calendar day of the previous month.
Applies to
Referrals whose 30-day qualification period ends during the month.
Backdating
None. Crossing a boundary mid-month never re-prices a referral already settled at the lower tier.
Counted once
Each Active Referred Customer counts once, however many orders they place.
Lapsing
A customer stops counting once their last-30-day qualifying total drops below $50, and counts again if they come back.
Not Recognition
Recognition Status is measured separately, on tracked sales, and never changes this ladder.

Credit Tier is not Recognition Status. This ladder is about how many customers keep buying. Recognition Status is about how much they spend. See Recognition.
