FitGrill Credits are account value, not cash. They are spent on FitGrill orders, they have no cash value, they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and they expire 12 months after they are issued. Nothing in this program pays money.

Your promo code is a smaller offer — 10% off, no minimum, no welcome pack — for places a link will not work. Its new-Activation cutoff is blank in the finalized agreement, so the platform shows it as not set: it does not invent a date and does not treat the code as open-ended.

What you get
- FitGrill Credits. Account value you spend on FitGrill orders. Not money, not exchangeable for money, not transferable.
- 150 credits a month for your first 3 calendar months as launch credits, issued at the start of each month — your first on the day you join — whether or not anyone has ordered yet.
- 10 credits for each Qualified Referral to start with — you are Starter for your whole first calendar month — rising with your Credit Tier.
- 5 credits for each separate $50.00+ purchase a Qualified Referral makes in their first 30 days, after the purchases that qualified them — up to 3 bonuses per customer.
- 5 credits each month for every Qualified Referral still active on the month's last day, beginning the month after they qualified.
- Credits expire 12 months after they are issued.

How a Qualified Referral works
- Someone new to FitGrill scans your QR code, clicks your link, or uses your promo code.
- Their first purchase through that channel that meets its minimum is their Activation.
- They have 30 days from Activation to spend $50.00 in qualifying purchases.
- When they do, that is a Qualified Referral — once per customer, for life.
- Qualifying spend is product revenue after discounts. Tax, delivery fees, gratuities and anything refunded do not count.
Credits are not issued the moment a customer qualifies. There is a validation period, and credits are issued at the next monthly review. Until then they show as Pending Credits. Launch credits are the exception: they are issued at the start of each launch month.

They move independently. One can rise while the other stays put.

How Credit Tier works
Your Credit Tier decides how many credits a Qualified Referral is worth. It moves with how many of your customers keep buying.

An Active Referred Customer is one who spent $50.00 or more in the last 30 days. Your tier for a month is set by the count on the final day of the month before. It is never backdated.

How Recognition Status works
A separate ladder. It does not change what a referral pays. It moves with how much your customers spend, and it is your standing in the partner community.

How to share
- Lead with your QR code or tracking link. They carry the better offer and the cleaner tracking record.
- A scan or a click attributes the customer to you for 30 days.
- A promo code entered at checkout takes precedence over a link.
- Once a customer is attributed to you, they are yours for life.
- Use only approved captions, images and the required disclosure.
